I am TBI with previous depression, Bi-polar and PTSD that is now exasperated. I have panic attacks often related to overstimulas. My location is South Carolina with a neurologist at MUSC, in Charleston.
I know, I am in dire need of more intensive (inpatiemt) testing, medication changes and coping/cognitive skills.
It has been a year and half. My injury is from a double impact left side of frontal lobe within a 15 min period.
My insurance provider is State.
I have to fight and wait every step.

Please. Would you be able to help me. Who can help me. I don't want to be like I am now.

Fond regards,
Stacy L Hardwick

My son, Tyler, has a TBI from football since 13yrs old and now 20yrs. He has lots of medical problems some born with , some he developed at 8yrs old and the rest was from football . He has a TBI, full blown seizures, migraines,1 working kidney, leaky valve in heart, heart murmur, scoliosis, asthma, and depression is pretty bad where they had to put him on new med due to suicidal thoughts. His meds run about $300copay a month not to mention his dr appts at $45 each and whatever medical tests done , more bills. He keeps attempting college but struggles due to memory problems. His stress is really high because he wants to move on his own but cant due to with all his billshe wouldn't be able to afford to take care of himself nor a family later on. He is feeling helpless. We have him a vocational rehab worker who helped him get a job but due to depression he hasn't been able to go back yet. Is there any place that could help him? Also we have a dog that we found at 3 1/2 months old that tells us if he is having a seizure by whining but cant afford to get him trained, unless we get help with that also. Any feedback would be great!
